Core datasets and required or voluntary credits are listed below.
- Natural Earth: base country boundaries. Natural Earth data is public domain and does not require attribution; credit is provided voluntarily.
- UNESCO/World Heritage Centre: Used only to individually verify official property names, countries or territories, inscription years, reference numbers, inscription criteria, Cultural / Natural / Mixed classification, shared registrations, and official property page links. Coordinates are checked there only when unresolved through the primary coordinate source. UNESCO/WHC datasets are not imported or republished, and UNESCO/WHC prose is not used for CocoLoco Map summaries, highlights, access guidance, or other travel content. UNESCO or World Heritage logos, emblems, and photographs are not used.
City, theme park, popular spot, and travel-related information is created, where possible, from official, public, published, public-domain, or clearly reusable sources. Reference sources may include government agencies, official tourism boards, airport official websites, facility official websites, and other public or official information sources. Entity pages link to official sources where available.
Unless clearly allowed by terms or license, this site does not copy reviews, rankings, pricing databases, map coordinates, or proprietary travel database content from third-party services, including Google Maps.
